GUARANTEE OF A CONCRETE ROOM
If you wish to book an specific room within each of the typologies, you can do so by paying a supplement of 20 euros direct payment at the hotel.
In the event that under a situation of force majeure or works we could not assign the indicated room the GUARANTEE supplement will not be charged.

All our rates are bed and breakfast included.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The conditions of Hotel El Lagar de Isilla in relation to individual bookings of 1 til 7 rooms are the next:
If the booking is cancelled or modified up to 72 hours before the arrival date there will be no charge. If the booking is cancelled or modified after this time limit, or a no show, the hotel will charge 100% of the entire booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS
The conditions of Hotel El Lagar de Isilla in relation to groups bookings of more than 8 rooms are the next
- If the group cancelled 20 days before the arrival date there will be 25 % charge over the entire booking and services reserved
- If the group cancelled 15 days before the arrival date there will be 50% charge over the entire booking and services reserved
- If the group cancelled 7 days before the arrival date there will be 100% charge over the entire booking and services reserved
For any question please contact with us.
Bookings from Sunday to Thursday- You can use the amount paid for the original booking to make another booking, this is valid for 6 months with a 20 € extra payment for administration fees. This option is only valid for cancellations justified by a medical note.
This is not applicable to non-refundable bookings, special offers and weekend bookings.
The cancellation limit of 72 hours is calculated from 12 o´clock midday the day of booked arrival.
